'I just wanted to contact you to say how impressed I was with the service you provided on our private transfer to and from Geneva. The journey from Arc 1950 to Geneva on Saturday the 7th February was excellent. Simon our driver managed to get us through some particularly bad road conditions. It was snowy and the traffic was very busy, but he still got us to the airport in plenty time.' |

'I would like to pass on our thanks to your driver Chris who transported us from Geneva Airport on Sunday 30th March. He was very polite, helped us with our luggage and dropped us off at our chalet door excellent service, the return was equally as good but I can't remember the drivers name. I was slightly nervous about booking a transfer on the Internet as there are so many companies and so many options, but I found Alp Line to be professional from start to finish. 'Regarding our return transfer from Avoriaz in the Portes du Soleil on the 20 Jan 2008, we had booked a transfer for 6 persons to pickup at Avoriaz Centre at 07H15 for our 11H15 flight from Geneva airport. Just before the driver was to arrive we recieved a phone call asking us to use the cable car to come down from Avoriaz as the driver was having difficulty getting to Avoriaz. We did as requested and the driver picked us up from the cable car station and took us to the airport. My point is that we did not receive the requested service and was not given an adequate explanation for the problem.' P.Rodriguez, Spain.
ALP LINE RESPONSE: The driver in question attempted to drive to Avoriaz centre that morning but found the road blocked by several cars and a coach that had become stuck after heavy snow fall the previous night. He contacted the office at 06H45, who in turn contacted the clients to request they descend on the cable car as waiting for the road to be cleared would jeopardize them arriving at the airport in time for their flight. The client accepted a refund of the difference between the two journeys and our apologies for any inconvenience caused. |
