In order to process your booking we do require certain personal information. This will include the name of the person making the booking, a home address, home telephone number, mobile telephone number for the lead passenger (if different from the person making the booking) that he/she will have with them while abroad, email address.
In order to process the payment for your booking we need your credit card type, credit card number, expiry date as on the card, full name of the cardholder as it appears on the credit card, and the three digit security code on the back of the credit card (next to the signature space). We also need to establish the lead passenger name (if different from the person booking), all arrival and departure flight details, destination place name and full accommodation name and address.
All of this information is collated for different reasons. Obviously we need to establish your holiday details to ensure your vehicle is waiting for the correct flight and knows where to take you to. Your telephone/Email address are required in order to send your booking confirmation and contact you in the unlikely event of any changes prior to departure. We need your address to assist in processing your credit card transaction as proof of authentication helping prevent any potential fraudulent activity.
