Protect yourself against paying possible airport transfer supplements for driver waiting time, or rescheduled transfers due to flights being delayed from your departure airport, being rescheduled by your airline company, or even being cancelled by your airline company, by opting for the ALP-LINE Transfer Guard option. This new ALP-LINE product, ALP-LINE Transfer Guard, offers clients the possibility of paying a nominal 14.99 euros extra on their inbound airport transfer (i.e. flight arrival into Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble, Chambery, Turin, and Annecy airports) to protect themselves against any possible supplemenets that they may be lliable to pay due to their flight arrival being delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled. This Transfer Guard covers all group, and all vehicle sizes, and guarantees you will be collected from your prebooked airport with no extra charges whatsoever.
By opting for this “peace of mind super-extra” all ALP-LINE clients can now take the option of travelling safe in the knowledge that no matter how long their flight may be delayed, if the airline company reschedules their flight, or even if the airline company cancels and then reschedules their flight to another date or time, that they will pay absolutely no extra charge whatsoever for this inconvenience.
This does not cover flights that are redirected into a different airport. In this case ALP-LINE will do its utmost to ensure that the clients are collected and brought to their desired destination but this may mean that clients pay for an alternative transfer. However, by taking the ALP-LINE Transfer Guard option, clients on redirected flights will be liable for no supplement whatsoever regardless of the time that the driver has had to wait at their prebooked arrival airport.
This is not Holiday Travel Insurance and is not an auxillary revenue creator for ALP-LINE. This is a special ground transport extra designed to counter the recurrent problems caused due to airline company flight delays, the unannounced rescheduling of aircraft, and the cancellation policies practiced by a certain number of airline companies. |
